Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and labels remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
